Did you follow my directions in the link I posted in post #47? It tells you how to use QPST.
What you need to do is first make sure you have the wmodemdriver installed. Then put your phone in diag mode by pressing ##3424. Once your phone displays the diag plug the usb in. Then open QPST if you dont see your phone there then you'll need to click add ports. Your phone will be in one of those ports so add them all. Your phone should display as "surf". Once you've done this and see your phone then click on start clients at the top then SERVICE PROGRAMING. Once this is open you should see your phone there and the phone number click ok. Then you'll want to click on the bottom left "Read from Phone". It will then pop open a window asking for your service programming code. This code is your MSL#. Once your through this screen you'll default to the settings tab. You'll see your MSL# in the Service Programming box. This is what you want to set to 000000. Once you type that in the box click "Write to Phone" on the bottom left. Then your golden
Now, just exit out of QPST and unplug the usb from your phone. On your phone click on exit on the bottom left and soft reset it. Now your phone will be unlocked.
