I email ecare and told them about the issues I was having with both my moguls. I specifically stated to them that I have never had them replaced or service and that I just wanted a good deal on a diamond and on a pro since I am not even halfway through my current contract. They replied to me stating that they will just replace both handsets with a diamond and a pro. I was like wtf? I already got my diamond which I let my girlfriend use and now I am just waiting for the pro.

I thought the same thing, but in other threads it seems like people who have only been with Sprint with a short time (i.e., less than a year) are also getting preferential treatment. I've spoken to retentions and emailed ecare several times but I still haven't gotten anywhere with them.
