I've tried to get a little use out of most features just to form opinions and here's what I've got so far.

I'm coming from a Mogul, so first off, the keyboard keeps screwin' me over. I keep hitting Enter when I should be hitting Delete... it'll take some getting used to but I know in the long run I'll love having a more complete keyboard. I also have the back light issue with keyboard... it was nice and even on the Mogul, shame they couldn't do it here, too.

The screen looks GREAT, no complaints there. But on a screen related note;
First thing I noticed (other that the slide being the opposite direction) was the taps really require more pressure, whether with the stylus or by hand. I don't know if this is something that can be adjusted via registry but if it can I look forward to learning.

As a whole, the phone feels lighter than the Mogul, almost cheaper. But I haven't made up my mind on that yet. I was pleased to see the battery size difference and it seems to have good life so far. I am missing some hard keys too. I don't really care for the power button where it is cuz I frequent that button to turn the screen on and off, and it was right by my thumb on the Mogul. Also might add the buttons are deceiving. I was bummed as hell about losing left L,R,U,D buttons but then realized they're still there. If you press above or below the center button it acts as up and down, same with left and right. Ahhh... Tetris is still playable.

Things I'd like to learn:

I installed PHM RegEdit right away cuz I HATE HATE HATE the delivery confirmation for SMS messages. The reg edit used on the Mogul does not seem to work on the TP. So a fix that DOES work on the TP would be awesome.

5 minutes after getting the phone I turned off 'auto adjust' backlight and set it manually where I wanted it, but now today the "backlight" setting is completely gone from my setting menu? Wtf? Same thing on my friends Touch Pro. Where did it go? Still gone after a rew soft resets. Unless they moved it, and I lost it.

Keyboard light turns off after a few seconds. If you're in the dark, it makes the first button you press challenging. I would the keyboard light on as long as the keyboard is open.

Today screen. If you go Start>Settings>Today>Items you'll notice all the things you can add to your today screen. If you're familiar with the Mogul you know selecting more items will simply add them. In the Touch Pro today screen you are able to scroll up and down, as if you could ad more items. However, it doesn't allow you to do so. I specifically tried to ad "device lock". If, in the Items menu, you DEselect TouchFlo 3D, and then select other items it'll revert to a Mogul looking today screen WITH the items you wanted. My point is I'd like to ad some of my old familiar features with the new, snazzy, TouchFlo but it seems I am forced to choose. And Decice Lock is useful for pocket users, so what gives?

This is what I can think of off hand, I'm sure I'll think of more later. Some today screen skins might be nice, too. The time is big and bright, but only one clock to choose from. The date is tiny, I'd like to increase it's size a bit, happily sacrificing some clock size to do it.
