Because this is only one file being replaced it could easily be part of your skin pack cabs 
On a side note. I have tested the hell of this ROM in the areas I was having problems. I have found that yet again BigJ made a awesome ROM! |
I would LOVE to do this, but i have no idea how or what i need to make my own. I see replacements..... no biggy, but if i could make my own... then WAY BIGGY.

Heres an example of one that I made for your sonic theme. Just unzip and copy the file to the windows directory (Use resco file explorer) Then soft reset. Now do something that takes load time and you'll see sonic.
