^ Agreed. Actually when the guy went to activate the phone it said Activation Failed each time he tried. He called Sprint where i provided my credentials and the rep said that the change had actually been done already (somethings up with the new system sprint gave them to activate phones). Also the system said that i pay 80bux a month but that was also false because im on the 30 dollar SERO. Their system is jacked. dont leave there without that phone. have em call sprint again and again till someone who knows what theyre doing can help you.
