Woke up early this morning,
travelled to BEst Buy, got there 5 minutes before it opened...
Got there right before they opened.
Walked through the door, they had about 4 of them waiting to be purchased....

Basiscally best buy's system (Snap) would not allow my account to be acessed by the nice guy here...so he tried to manually do it by calling sprint. He was then told that I would have to call telesales or go to a sprint store, to purchase the phone (Nov 2... whatttttt no way)...

While there at the Best Buy store, I decided to call Sprint... of course they had to push me through to SERO.... currently I am on the line, waiting for them to go through... But it is looking like I will not be able to get the phone...because I am SERO....

Anyone else experiencing this problem.
