unfortunatley no. if you bought the diamond through telesales, you have to purchase the pro through them (added to your account) and get a return package and send the diamond back. They will credit you the price of the diamond when it gets to the warehouse. Most retailers are sprint exclusive but not corporate owned so they won't do the exchange. If you take it to a corporate owned store, they will exchange it.
