Insurance Help
My buttons on the phone stopped working so the only way to use phone is just the touch screen. I took it to the sprint store to see if I can get a replacement or fixed and they told me to call Asurion. I don't see why I would have to pay a deductible for something that just stopped working on the phone. Can someone tell me where in the conditions where I can find where it says I shouldn't have to pay for the repairs? There is no major damage to phone just normal wear and tear.
