When i got to work i figured that if I could connect it to the PC as a removable drive I could format it from the PC and fix the issue... IT WORKED!!! just format the card to fat32 and issue resolved.. TAKE THAT SPRINT.. of course I'M STILL GETTING THE TOUCH PRO!!! just an FYI so you guys know how to fix this issue it nobody else does..
By the way I have tried to format the internal storage from 3 different diamonds and the same problem happened to all..

There is a full thread on this exact problem. The problem happens when you pick clear internal storage from the hard reset screen. Even if you fix int storage, when you hit clear internal storage it happens again. See this post:
