My Verizon 6800 has stopped connecting to the data network via #777. Under settings, connections...the phone will not retain my username
10phonenumber@vzw3g.com and password vzw. Under Comm Mgr I cannot get to the bottom left icon which I assume is data settings. Cust Service wants me to hard reset. I would prefer not to have to reinstall everything. Any suggestions to avoid a hard reset would be much appreciated. I am running the new VZ rom with 6.1 and rev a. I have installed the Valhalla .cab. Everything has worked fine for weeks. Tonight I was playing with gps settings for TomTom but everything has been returned to what it was prior to tonights problem. I hope this is enough info for some suggestions.
