Ok so I wanna see if anyone has been in this sitatuon. I bought a 800w, went through two, finally was able to exchange for Diamond. Now first email to Sprint was basically no dice, you have already did a 30 day exchange. So anyone have any luck getting past this? I know I know you never know what Sprint will say if you just keep trying. Just figured I would see if anyone has had this situation.
