I'm dismayed at some of the reports of SERO activation difficulties with these phones.

The SNAP system (IIRC) shouldn't prevent us from getting our upgrades - it might require the employee to call Sprint but it should be do-able. I will get angry (politely) if this happens when I go to get mine.

We also should NOT have to furnish any "proof" about our plan - our plan is what it is, after 2+ years with it we shouldn't need to verify anything extra.
