So I got mine too, and had the same issues. This should almost be stickied. I just called up Sprint and got tech support and asked for my MSL and the nice lady gave it to me and asked if i wanted help, I told her I was on the phone and I did't have another one so i would try it myself.
Fixed the very first try with these instructions. Great!!! Thanks.
