hey guys i stumbled on this thread attempting to do the exact same stuff to my new phone. i'm having almost the exact same problem as you guys, but am coming up with a 266 error... cannot connect to pda, make sure the plug is plugged in etc. I'm a newb at this, and trying to get it to work, have tried different os's different comps... at wits end. does anyone have any other ideas of something even blatantly stupid that i am most likely forgetting? thank you so much for you help in advance...
