Well my initial advice is for you to look at the top of the web site (where the phones) are. And decide which of those is most visually appealing to you. Basically, what looks cool. You'll notice that a few have keyboards on the front (e.g, 700wx), some don't have a hard keyboard at all (e.g, Touch), and some have a slide out keyboard (e.g, Mogul).
Most of the phones will be able to do everything that you listed.
After that you may then want to click on some of those phones. That will take you to their respective forums where you can start learning about their features, limitations, pros, cons, etc.
