Hmmm...I don't know about AOL Radio...but there are many, many websites and stand-alone software that stream a boatload of music and various radio stations:

Mundo Radio (software)
Resco Radio (software)
www.thestreamcenter.com
www.live365.com
www.shoutcast.com

If you Google "internet radio" you'll get pages of hits. Also run a search in the Software Forum here at PPCGeeks on "internet radio", "music", "stations", etc.
