That's correct, the Touch Pro was never mentioned. I think EVP's either bluffing, or the stores said they don't carry the Touch Pro. Or, if they were aware of it, they may be assuming it arrives after the discount deadline. But there is nothing written on the promotion, nor is there any logic that places the phone in a different category, that would suggest it's not covered by it.
