The good news for me is that it doesn't appear to be a proxy issue, which could have been a pain in the arse to figure out. The bad news is that we are now doing a very simple task in that we're getting the stream URI from Sirius and passing it along to the Windows Media Player and it's not working. Once I hand that stream off to the media player it's out of my hands.
What we now have to do is determine why Windows Media Player is failing to stream this music. I will go back and look at your log again to see if there is something else that I'm missing.
You should do the following:
- Reset your phone if you haven't already done it
- Verify that you phone sound is turned on and all the way up by playing some ringtones or something
- Verify that you are able to stream audio to your Windows Media Player without C-ApiSRO.
- If you are technically able to do so, install a packet sniffer and capture network traffic coming/going to your device. It's okay if you are unable to do this one, because it's a pretty involved item. I may have to write a diagnostic utility to accomplish something similar.
Thanks for your patience.
