But the question still remains unanswered... are you a corporate account? Otherwise he can do nothing for you. Residential lines cannot even be pulled up in their system according to what he has told me before. I asked him a few months ago because I wanted to move my family from Alltel to Sprint, if he could be my personal rep as well.
