Nope, and sprint isn't saying that either. They're saying if every single user used 5GB or less a month, they're good.

It's probably much higher, likely in the hundreds of GB/mo, where the costs cross over from profit to loss.

It's an issue. I don't think Caps are the answer. Tiered pricing may be (not unlike voice) where you get so may GB/mo for your plan, and then you pay something reasonable per GB over that.
