Re: i got a 30 day extented extension to return my diamond

ye, i also got an extention, however they said if the touch pro is delayed p***** Nov 2nd they wont be able to extend it further. Does anyone know if the sprint store is reserving touch pros?

Also, as mentioned in the email below the exchange date is

Ok great, so you will be able to do an even exchange for the Touch Pro?
Can you just contact me once the phone is released so that we can proceed with the exchange?

Thank you for your reply about the handset replacement.

To replace the handset under the 30 days warranty, you need to visit the nearest Sprint Store. Also, if you purchased your current HTC Touch handset via sprint.com, you can replace the handset by calling Order Support at (866) 203-0952.

Further, as you will replace your handset on November 2, 2008. On this
date the handset will not be under the 30 day return policy. However, I have put in the supporting note on the account and you can replace your handset on November 2, 2008 under the 30 day return policy.
