Admittedly though, while the standard mode runs smooth with better detail than the default "medium action" setting, it is still a bit choppy in landscape.

What are your specific settings? Let's gather our intelligence to find out the best possible options for all! =)

For me thus far: 15fps/600vbr/10i frame/gdi on.

By the way, anyone know what the difference is between the sling stream optimization setting you check off on the main page vs. the secondary optimization under the "Slow/Medium/Fast action" tab, and whether they should both remain unchecked when changing settings manually?

Best,

P.S. I also wonder if Juicy's 2.6 update with updated D3D drivers would have any positive sling impact?
Just wanted to say thanks for the slingcommunity.com forum info. A while back I purchased a slinbox and a slinglink and I have not really taken the time to understand the process of them. I have spent all of my time since then raising my two young children as a single dad and being a PPCGEEK as much as possible. I currently have an Apache, Titan, and a Vogue and am waiting on a Diamond. When the T Pro is released I will be getting one of those too. I have always been interested in sling technology since I have heard of it. By the way, I work for Dish Network and that is how I found of the Sling technology. I am sure I will be able to find everything I need to know between slingcomm and PPCGeeks. Pre Shade It.
Thanks,
Yamus
