A shot in the dark but try oggsync. Allows you to sync your mobile calendar with google cal. I'm guessing a three way's in place given that you sync your mobile with outlook. Or you can find an outlook extension that syncs with google maps.

btw for two phones you would have to share google usernames and passwords or setup shared calendars. I don't know if that's a particular feature of oggysync but I think it's worth checking out.
