Its all about how fast the card is (read/write speed). If memory serves me Class 2 is 2 MB/s, Class 4 is 4 MB/s and Class 6 is 6 MB/s. If you will be writing large amounts of data often, the class 6 will serve you better. If you rarely will be writing large amounts of data then the class 4 would be just fine (and cheaper).
On a separate note, you might want to change the white font color you have setup in your profile. I am not using the standard ppcgeeks theme and your text is invisible unless I highlight it. Everyone else's looks fine though.
