pit bully, Improve's first screen is created by using an app called Slide2UnlockPro with a different background.
The icons along the top represent tabs for several different Today screens which can be done with UltimateLaunch.
The Clock is the HTC Home Plugin.
The black Windows XP background is the Vista Glossy Black Theme.

I'm sure if you asked nicely he would post all his stuff for ya.
