I did it when I was troubleshooting the stupid picture mail from sprint. I needed to run the little program they have to update the settings after they re-provision the picture mail. I have two files on my diamond - one is the stock rom, one is juicy's 2.5 (soon to be 2.6). The biggest reason is that I can keep them both there so I can go back and forth any time that I need to (and not worry that Juicy's rom is on my home pc, the download link is down, and I need to update it after flashing back).

It's quick, it's easy, and no worries.
