Why not give us the upgrade?
Anyways, like I said above, it makes no sense that this device is not upgraded at all compared to TPro. Sure the display is a little larger, but it still removes the SSD apparently, and doesn't have a hardware keyboard, and also doesn't add any additional VRAM for which this device will most likely require to run at a decent speed. After all, you have a much larger screen, so why hasn't the RAM been boosted??
Just watch the market HTC, don't do anything else. Support existing devices, and wait some time before making a new device. You could always spend all of your time on TouchFlo 4D, if it were even possible. I'd love to see you try at that.. BUT don't re-invent the wheel, when the TPro is a fabulous looking device, with a great screen and feature-set.
This HD device still hasn't swayed me from TPro, even if HD came out before TPro, I would still wait for the Pro.

A hardware keyboard makes phones absurdly huge (do you really want to get back to the days of carrying a brick that badly), ANY phone always "needs" more ram, rom, speed, etc so that is a pointless complaint. The HD runs wonderfully (WAY better than the Diamond and the Pro). The vast majority of people don't even have a WiFi connection, let alone an N connection. The vast majority of hotspots are B/G and why the frack would you be using your phone to surf the web at home??!! Not to mention the fact that with a 3G connection you should be getting close to the same surfing speeds as you would over WiFi. The TPro sucks *** as a multimedia phone and is big enough to kill someone with. The HD is the same or better in every way than the Pro and it has the best screen on any PPC.
If you want a POS brick, with piss poor battery, crappy buttons, and something that gets burning hot, buy the Pro, if you want a multimedia phone, save your money and get one of the next gen phones. The HD (or similar HTC device) or a phone based on the Tegra platform is going to be the phone of the future.
