You should learn your lesson earlier than MANY on here and other message boards have learned. Tier 1 Customer Service reps do not have the most reliable information. Just look for the MANY posts that stated, "I spoke with a Sprint rep and they told me 10/19..."

From what I understand, the "hope" is that Sprint will be able to deliver enough units everywhere by 11/2. Whether that happens or not is the question and aside from early non-sprint retail and Best Buy, Telesales/EVP orders will be priority.

There was a term that criticalaudioinc used regarding his discussions with Sprint (about shipment to retailers), but I can't remember what it was specifically. Anyhow, generally speaking, the question was posed from Sprint if they'd be able to send the phones not only to Best Buy, but to everywhere else as well.
