I understand that the 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee period will be over
when the HTC Touch Pro will be available. However , as we have informed
you please reply back to us when the HTC Touch Pro will be launched I
will order the new handset and a return kit for you.
At the time of order of the new handset, the total charge of the new
handset will be billed to the account. Be assured this charge will be
automatically credited back as soon the returned handset is received
back. I have also put a detailed note on the account about the credit to
be applied immediately. In case, the new handset has a cost higher than
the current one, the extra amount will not be credited. It will remain
on the account.
