You'll need to go into your today settings and change the windows theme. Some if not most of the new TF2D themes come with a tsk file which is your windows theme. Just go into settings>today and change the windows theme there. As soon as you click the X on the top right it will change the windows theme for you. This will not effect the TF2D theme.
