WModem works great for me even without the profile being visible using the Sprint dialer on the install disc.
I love the sonic theme as well... but I borked it somehow and now I can't get it back *shakes fist*
EDIT: Nevermind, its the windows default. I'm blind and an idiot.
By the way, hard resetting a third time (yes, a third time) seems to have fixed all the issues I was having.
