here's what you do....call Account Services (aka Retentions), their direct # is 877-775-4886. Tell them you want to cancel, you're being offered a better deal elsewhere. Not only will you get the rebate, but have them charge the final price to your account so you don't have to fool w/ the mail in rebate.
