if you have sprint and call tech support they can have a new sync cd shipped to you. they can replace it under lost/damaged i think. they just have to file a ticket and it may take as long as 3weeks. i would check back with them in about 3 days to see if the ticket has been picked up and at least being worked. lol but that should get you a new cd. it will not come with a new outlook key. for that you would have to contact microsoft. hope this helps.
