I will try to explain my issue and see if others are having anything similar. Every now and then when on a call, the audio in the ear piece will drop out. I do not drop the call, it just sounds like the other person has put their hand over the mic part of their phone or has laid the phone down and taken a few steps from it while still talking. This happens in both good signal and poor signal areas. My phone is no longer under warranty so I am on my own here. I also use Dettes custom clean ROM but had the same issue under the sprint official 6.1 ROM. I hardly ever use speaker phone and have not yet tried using bluetooth only but wanted to see if anyone else had a similar issue.
