You can buy the screwdriver at any place that sells a good selection of tools. I got mine at Sears. Be VERY careful when you pry the front of the case off of the frame. While doing that to mine a while back, I tore a small hole in the ribbon for the LCD and had to end up replacing that also.
Other that that, it was pretty easy.
