I had to buy the Diamond for $587.11 in the store due to the store manager being in complete noncompliance with emails sent to HIM from ecare, calls to the store, and notes on my account telling him to switch my Mogul for a Diamond for free. As soon as I purchased the Diamond, Sprint credited my account for the full price, as well as $100 in courtesy fees. And then I sold my Mogul, with the 4 extra batteries from the old Moguls, for $350.
Free Diamond, plus $450 pure profit!
