As all of you know I have been on the boards all day talking about how I was the first one to get the Touch Pro. Well, apparently someone at Sprint pulled a fast one on me. I thought about not saying anything but why lie? I was duped and I am sure this makes some people happy but it sucks to be lied to. Now I'm back to the waiting game.

Sorry to hear that. I really was pulling for you, for your sake and for many others (with the possiblity that people may be able to get the phone sooner than later).
Well, if I were you, I'd ask to be transferred to retentions. If you made it clear that you wanted to order the touch pro and the rep placed a order for a Mogul, then the transaction is not valid.
