As all of you know I have been on the boards all day talking about how I was the first one to get the Touch Pro. Well, apparently someone at Sprint pulled a fast one on me. Someone gave me a link to check my order and when I checked it the model number for the phone looked mysteriously like the Mogul model number. Strange right? Well it turns out that it was the Mogul. The rep told me in no uncertain terms that the phone I was ordering was the Touch Pro. I was lied to. I cannot cancel my order. I have to get the crappy Mogul and then return it. THIS SUCKS SO BAD. I thought about not saying anything but why lie? I was duped and I am sure this makes some people happy but it sucks to be lied to. Now I'm back to the waiting game.

Sorry to hear that man. If i were you, id try to get them to understand that you werent asking for a mogul. And really, how much sense would it make for you to ask for one (assuming you already have one) on the supposed date of the TP's release, and to sign a new contract... It official, these reps are only out to cause us misfortune!
