make sure that your user ID and password are correct for your log in information. If you fix this and still have the error, complete a soft reset and try again.

User ID: should be your cell # and Sprint/Verixon address in the format of an email address. Ex. 5555555555@vzw3g.com

Password: should be specific to your carrier. Ex. Verizon is "vzw" all lower case with out quotes[/list]
