ok, sorry for not explaining it good...... first thing, the 30033 prl works just fine and gets evdo on my new touch.... so i know its not that....
and yes, it does it on official and custom roms...... when my rome indicator is flashing, evdo will not work... but the only way to stop the roam indicator from flashing is to set it to home only, but it barely picks up on that tower, such little reception with that tower that its got no service more than it has service..... so its something like that touch doesn't want ot use evdo when the phone thinks its roaming..... not sure..... any advice would be nice though..... thanks in advance
