I can't seem to find much to put into the "settings" page, so i'm basically just gunna put a memory reading, battery reading, bluetooth toggle and a link to commanager... any suggestions to what else should be there? or would that be enough?

The settings you have listed sound good. As a suggestion, maybe you could also incorporate toggles for Phone, Data Connection, Direct Push, WiFi and Beam? Take Connection Manager right out of the equation.
Watch out for those yuppies and their firearms! I'm in downtown Vancouver, so the gunfire is not unheard of, even without a constitutional right to bear arms!
