Thanks! I called my guy and he's going to get it done shortly, will report back after I do it.
EDIT: Did this a couple times. I can send mail and it gets received in seconds (although my phone shows sending forever). I still can't receive any pic mail on my phone though. All incoming and outgoing messages show up instantly on the website so I know the network etc is fine, the app just flat out won't work for me for receiving messages
