I think this has been posted over a hundred times in the Raphael forum.
I already called Sprint to have them send me my return kit for the my Diamond. I would keep it, but I need more then 4GB of storage for all my mp3 and cabs. I will just go back to using my Touch until the Pro comes out, when ever that may be.
