Actually it's not the Moto Q q9h, which is only GSM. According to a software developer who contaced Moto's development team they said that

a) no WM6 upgrade for the Q (though it was testing at Sprint at some point)
b) there will be a new Q device probably with RevA and WM6
c) it is not the Q q9, so it's presumably a new device not seen yet, but will continue the "Q" style

I agree. I think Sprint didn't want to have the Q with WM6 and either no 6800 or a 6800 with WM5. It appears (and makes sense) that Sprint wants all their WM devices on the same level and will release them all at WM6 at some point but would also prefer RevA devices, hence why a "new" Moto Q.
