go to xda-developers.com for info on resolving your issues including the 3 colorbar stuck issue. cooking an 8125 is a bit involved so you really need to do a lot of reading up. but that site has all the stuff. I suggest the TNT or the Hornet build. previous to that, you need to make sure you unlock the phone PROPERLY. then give it a good base build. And you will likely need to downgrade your radio rom. I have done this successfully for a friend.
