Actually, the in store support I've gotten from Sprint is pretty decent. Company store I go to have very competent employees and hell, even the phone support I dealt with for my g/f's new Instinct was very thorough and wasn't hard to understand.
I had to spend an hour on the phone to merge two accounts and get a discount on a new plan when I bought the Diamond; the guy was clearly a level 2 CSR out of Sacramento who was VERY helpful and took care of everything w/out any hiccups. I think the whole "Sprint has bad CS" is really receding into the past. And it's really hard to argue with the phone selection, the pricing, AND the quality of the network (esp. the data).
