welcome to the forum. If you have an HTC Vogue, it is CDMA ONLY. They are not dual-band phones. HTC Vogues will not have a sim card slot, instead it will be a flat sticker, as you can probably see in your phone. In CDMA service, the phone is activated through an ESN which you can find on the back of your phone. hope this helps
