Ok, so I simply install hardspl for easy way out (if it's working with my spl) and then I flash with a rom I like from the forum (or elsewhere but I'm more in sticking with those in the forums). Also, you saif that there's no rom in dev that write radio, but I've read a rom update on the forum that update radio (unless it's from xda for gsm).
