I was told on their forum to submit a trouble ticket to
support@skyfire.com and they'll look into the situation. I'm thinking the trouble was aggravated by being a alpha tester for the last release. Some how their database that keeps up with my settings, bookmarks, history etc. has gone 404 on me.
I suggest you do the same with the issue you are having. It might take them a few days but they do respond "eventually".
