well if you haven't gotten your phone service or anything, they aren't going to believe that you have problems. I mean I wouldn't believe you, if you're having problems take it in, get it replaced, and then if those same problems are happening then get them to replace it with a different phone.

I had a legitimate problem with the mogul, and then had to switch to the Touch. I'm not sure anyone that doesn't have any record of having service on their phone is going to convince sprint that they deserve a new phone. just my .02
